"I would recommend with reservation because this place has some aesthetic schizophrenia. Although the rooms were ample and clean the bathrooms showed signs of wear and tear, e.g., old fixtures and peeling wallpaper. Apparently, the place had undergone some upgrading and that was very evident in the pool area. The pool was quite large and impressive. The rooms overlooking it seemed to have a more peaceful feel than our room facing the highway and mountains. If staying again, I'd definitely get a poolside room! My biggest beef is with the corridors and stairwells. Very ratty, old and grimy. They made the place seem a lot worse that it actually was. On the plus side, besides the nice pool, the Ramada offered massages at inexpensive rates. My masseuse was very good and friendly."

Ramada Resort Palm Springs is an affordable alternative to an otherwise pricey tourist area. It is located approximately two miles from the Palm Springs airport. The Ramada Hotel Resort is the only Ramada in the greater Palm Springs area. This full-service hotel is located in the wind-protected Smoke Tree area of Palm Springs just ten minutes from downtown and the convention center. Across the street are the Smoke Tree Shopping Center, restaurants, and nightclubs. Palm Springs is an economical hub centrally located to all Southern California attractions. Guests can visit Disneyland, Sea World, Knott's Berry Farm, Wild Animal Park, or the San Diego Zoo.

This courtyard hotel is built around a garden and pool. There is also a fitness room and sauna onsite. For convenient dining, guests can take advantage of the in-house coffee shop, Leon's Bar & Grill for lunch and dinner, and Tony's Cafe for breakfast and lunch. The hotel also offers ice/vending machines, 24-hour front desk, babysitting, gift shop, parking, laundry/valet services, and meeting facilities.
